> 24 hourGiven the number of hour spent in front of a screen, it is wonderful to have such a user friendly, adaptable computer on my team. I have been a Mac user for YEARS and am so happy that I made the decision to change. The touch screen is a gamechanger. As a teacher teaching online, it is wonderful to be able to share my screen and utilize the whiteboard feature and to be able to accurately draw and present lessons quickly and legibly. The only thing that I have to get used to is having the power button on the side, which I hit and power down the devise by mistake. This was a wonderful purchase!

> 24 hourThe laptop worked only for one day. This laptop wouldnt turn on even with a fully charged battery. After several attempts and hours it turned on but I was afraid to keep it after contacting tech support. Additionally, the tech stated the laptop only had 4 months remaining on the HP/manufacturer warranty.

My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

> 24 hourI really like almost everything about this model, except for the placement of the power switch - which is along the left side of the keyboard. Kind of odd for a machine that is designed to be versatile and mobile. Also, the power cord connects to all my other HP notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side. Not a big deal but now all places I use my computer in my house are opposite, so when I need the cord, it has to cross over me. Still, good price for this model and Im happy. I would recommend.

> 24 hourThe first one I received quickly locked up and prevented downloading items from Microsoft store or even windows updates. No matter what I tried, it would not work right. During discussions with Amazon to return item, It was recommended that I try another one. I did and that one has worked really, really well. The start up time is pronominal, everything seems to work very well except for the battery life. It goes quickly. However, I am so happy with the rest of the laptop that I have chosen to ignore the number of times I have to hook up to charge. Overall, its a very good laptop which I did not think I would say based on the first one I got. I gave it four stars because of all the problems with the first laptop.
