Vent Clamp broke rendering the product useless. Its made of VERY thin plastic. would not buy again. I had high hopes but sadly disappointed. Seller shipped replacement parts but too late (they delayed shipping promptly) as the parts are shipping from CHINA. I found a better alternative.

The charger does kept opening and closing. It didnt not recognize my S22 or my daughters iPhone. Perhaps its just designed for HTC products. It should specify that to consumers.

Worked fine on my old Samsung Galaxy 9, but does NOT work on my OnePlus 9. Which has 15w Qi compatibility. Returned.

Has a quality heft and feel to it, EXCEPT for the weak as heck clamp. I was driving down a city street and it just fell off. Cheap plastic clamp cover that operates the metal spring clamp broke making it unusable. Waste of money.

Mounting clamp is not strong enough.

With s21 tends to not stay upright

I liked it, but it broke in 7 weeks. Not worth it to order replacement parts. Could just buy a new one and hope that one is more durable.

[UPDATE] the company reached out to me an promptly sent me a replacement device. Like lightning fast. This was an ok charger while it lasted. It mounts well and charges quickly. The only annoying thing is that the open/close button is in a weird spot on the back of the charger and it’s not super intuitive and occasionally you hit the button accidentally while using the phone or adjusting the charger. Not a dealbreaker, but it is annoying. After exactly 6 months the arm on the right side stopped working so I opened it up and found that the plastic gears inside were all broken off. I was very gentle on this charger and never forced it, it just broke under normal use. I would not buy this again.

Could be great, but it doesnt hold on to the vent very well and your phone will fall out. Over time the spring weakens and has less gripping power so the unit will slide around when you take a corner quickly. I just got the S22 Plus and with the extra weight the unit literally flew off the air vent when I made a turn, with phone attached....luckily nothing broke.
