The first thing I noticed is that all the paperwork inside the box is in what appears to be Japanese (could be Chinese). Next, it has a bunch of built-in apps that are in Japanese, including some that pop up notifications - even though I selected United States and English at setup up. During the setup process, I received notices (in Japanese) about updating many of these apps. The default keyboard was tough to use too, clearly intended as a hybrid English/Japanese set up. I have been able to uninstall some, but not all, of these apps, and customize the keyboard to make it more like the standard US one, but all of this has been a lot of effort and incomplete. The phone should have been a lot easier to set up as an English language one, and having only Japanese documentation available is a problem too..

I loved this phone. It is one heck of a phone. Decent pictures. Down side, No image stabilizer. It is fast. However it only works on wifi. I had a metro Sim card GSM network. It did not work. 9 dropped calls in 1 day. YouTube, apps, internet didnt work nor did the phone altogether once I left my home and wifi connection. I later tried T-mobile Sim, also didnt work. I took it to the store and had a tech try it. Doesnt support tmobile or metro bands. If you do your research it doesnt support anything higher than 2G for both networks so 4G LTE is very misleading. Had it worked with my network I wouldve never returned it. Most huwaeii phones do not work with tmobile or metro once off of a wifi network.

Me había quedado sesgado con iPhone (he tenido todos desde q salieron al mercado) pero su calidad ha desmejorado en extremo y su relación precio valor no va acorde a lo q optiones, investigando para reemplazar mi iPhone 7 di con este equipo y considero he tomado una buena decisión!!!
