I was looking for a good quality supplement to help me recover from my high intensity workouts. As Ive had issues in the past with more soreness than my body can handle. I found this product and decided to give it a shot. Man, am I glad I did! Not only did it help, it taste great! I definitely recommend this product for anyone who deals with soreness during the recovery of workouts.

This stuff really mixes well and tastes so good. Also gives you some pretty epic pumps in the gym!

The taste of it is great. I lift weights and it’s really hard for me to get all my carbs in. If you lift, you know how important it is to eat carbs in order to gain muscle! I also feel hydrated after drinking it. 10/10.

I was so excited to try this flavor and it’s amazing! I struggle with afternoon workouts when I can’t wake up to go at 4 AM. I was looking forward to trying Hydracarb after my workout so I pushed myself when I didn’t feel like going.

The EPN Hydracarb taste great and gives me the right amount of carbs I need post workouts to hep feed my muscles. Super easy to mix along with the EPNs 100% Whey Protein. Love it!

Taking this daily has helped my recovery and not be so sore the next day! Also helps hydration and for me to down the 80oz water minimum I aim for daily. Get some and try it, you cant beat it!
