Used to replace a damaged valve stem on a wheel with a 2 year old tape job. Wheels held air on the first try, no problem. I didnt use the extra o-ring, but I did dip the rubber end in some sealant before installing, which always helps.

Exactly what I needed and as advertised

I think these 40mm Presta valves are the perfect length for my MTB. Ive tried other valves that were 46mm and they were longer than necessary. I like that these valves are made of brass and not aluminum because of the added durability of the threads. I use a rubber grommet instead of the o-ring because I feel that when its compressed down it gives a more complete seal. I really like the shape of the locking nut on these valves because it holds the grommet in place nicely. I also like the silver color on these valves instead of the brass colored valves because they match my bike components better. I dont use the plastic valve core remover that comes with these because I have valve caps with the valve core remover made into them.

Just got these and threw them on with my new plus size maxxis minions on i35 rims and they fit great, feel super durable, and seal perfectly. 10/10

Could never get them to stop leaking.

Used 1 in gorilla tape on rim. 3 oz of stans and these. Worked like a charm.

It appears to be well built, but the seal is too small for the valve stem hole on my wheels, and no matter how tight I tried to tighten the nut, it wouldnt seal. Had to buy something else

Perfect fit for going tubeless

Easy to install and, so far at least, properly functioning, these valves were installed on wide rims for 2.8 width tires, using Gorilla Tape to seal the rims for tubeless conversion. No leakage, and no clogging, as yet; but its only been a week, so I cant yet comment on any long term experience with them.

I love the stems they are just what you need to go tubeless on your bike.
