I chose these cables because of the red/black heavy jacket wires vs the two smaller wires In a black PVC common jacket. Im very happy with the product and will definitely buy more when the need arises. I am using these to power wireless FPV equipment that seems to have started life as something for security cameras. These plug and harnesses worked out perfect and they were priced right!

Work with it great.

First, there is no way this is 18awg. more like 24awg if not smaller. Second, the wire is not in the center of the insulation. I was using a stripping tool and it would slice the majority of the wire away because it was at the bottom of the insulation tubing and not centered. Terrible quality. I had to manually splice then fold the wire over to double-up to get a solid connection. Really fun while up on a ladder attaching CCTV security cameras. Look elsewhere. You get what you pay for with this purchase. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable brand.
