Image Line FL Studio 20 Producer Edition Mac/Windows

I used it last year and then got locked out of it when I inquired about why I was locked out of it they said maybe someone bought it and returned it. I know no one got my code, so now am without a software license. I just cant get back in the software even when I used my password its just not letting me into the software at all. I would like to know how could I get replacement?

This is basically a box with a booklet that contains a license key you use to register a copy of FL studio that you download from the image line website.

Honestly I paid so much money for this product that is not even worth it . Its just a plain box with a small book in there thats it. They are ripping you off. 200 for this is not worth it at all.
