Individual Software PROFESSOR TEACHES OFFICE 2016

Works as advertised.

The software is not working properly.

I found that there were a lot of changes between Office 2010 to Office 2013/2016 - I really like the training and you get a ton of training for your money.

I purchased this product to keep me up to date with the office applications. It is much more affordable than taking classes and my skills are improving more everyday.

It is not working and they do not have phone number to call for help and the email is not responding. I needed to use and I do not have any help.

How do I open this thing? My PC says the file is harmful to my computer and nothing will open it. I feel Ive been ripped off! I had to purchase something worthless from Microsoft supposedly to open what I downloaded from Amazon but it doesnt work either. I wish I hadnt wasted $5.00 buying something utterly worthless from Microsoft as directed by Microsoft to open the worthless file I received from Amazon. This has been a huge mistake and I am royally pissed at AMAZONs download link. I doubt I will purchase any download software through Amazon in the future because of this fiasco. The makers of Professor Teaches care about their reputation and quickly provided a link which worked perfectly for me. I only wish I had known in advance to purchase the software directly from the manufacturer.

I should start by saying that I do already have some knowledge of Office products. However, this product teaches only the basics. I was disappointed in the fact that if you know how to open a document, type, print, and save, you have pretty much learned everything the professor has to teach. The program also runs really slow and the graphics are similar to the original Oregon Trail I used to play on the original Apple back in the 90s. If you are looking to develop a true understanding of Microsoft Office, I would look elsewhere.

I downloaded it and all that was there were a bunch of files that when opened were gibberish or just pictures! I have purchased downloadable stuff before and this has been the worst experience I have had to date.

Really like the Professor Teaches tutorials. Very clear, very thorough.
