> 24 hourWe couldnt be happier with our system and have been very pleased with the customer support from Infant Optics. Weve been using the monitor/camera for a couple of years now, and its been great. Recently, though, we started having problems turning the monitor on. I decided to reach out to customer support to see if they had any recommendations, even though it was out of warranty. To my surprise, they replaced the camera anyway. Their replacement arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. All that to say, were really impressed! We like companies that stand behind their products. I will also add that we recently acquired a second camera to monitor a different room, and the monitor has worked very well for that, too. Users can quickly bounce back and forth between different cameras -- it works great. Were impressed and so glad we chose the DXR8-Pro!

> 24 hourQuick response, remote control of camera is a great feature, great resolution. A glaring minus: charging port broke in exactly one year. Seem like a common issue. They quickly replaced the monitor though, so excellent customer service.

> 24 hourGood monitor, love how big and clear the screen is. the only downfall for me is the battery life. it sometimes doesn’t even make it through the night if i turn the screen on from sleep mode several times. i only have the screen to stay on for 1 minute because anything longer again, kills the battery. so that’s disappointing. other than that, it’s a good monitor

> 24 hourWe’ve been using the previous version for the past three years, and have been super happy with it. Zero problems. But we’re about to have baby number 2, and we figured if we’re buying a new camera we might as well upgrade. We couldn’t be happier! The picture quality is amazing. Such an improvement, and the original wasn’t bad by any means! Works great in daylight, and the night vision is awesome too. Love that you can pan and zoom the camera remotely. We love that it doesn’t need WiFi to work too, because our internet isn’t super reliable. Could not be happier with this purchase.

> 24 hourSo far I love this monitor. We were looking for one that does not use Wi-Fi and is decent quality. Good picture and sound and I like that I can talk to my toddler through it.

> 24 hourWe have had our DXR 8 Pro for right about 2 years. We started having video connectivity issues with the monitor to the cameras so we reach out to the support team at infant optics. They were great! They walked us through (many different scenarios) how to reset and and test our monitor. All of the testing and adjustments did not solve the issue we were having unfortunately. Due to no resolution the team at Infant Optics offered to send us a new monitor at no charge and it arrived with in 3 business days. We then returned the old unit for them as requested. Several days later the team at Infant Optics (specially Zeil) reached out to check in on us. By far the best customer support we’ve had on any type of infant/baby care item. Super satisfied with the support through the entire process given by Zeil. Go buy an Infant Optics Setup!

> 24 hourMy husband and I have had this monitor since late 2021. It worked great up until a few months ago. It started loosing sound. Restarting it would fix it, but that gets annoying after a while. The next issue is that the battery life isnt good anymore. It drained today from full to 1 bar within 2 hours of being unplugged, screen only on to check on my napping baby, then off again. Ill be ordering a new battery, but Im not sure Id recommend this device.

> 24 hourThis is a wonderful product with one giant flaw; you need to push the cord into the monitor VERY hard. Very, very, full force with your thumb HARD. Push it until you hear and feel the click. If you do not do this, the battery will die and the monitor will start beeping... There is even a tag on the cord that says to push the cord in completely, and even after seeing this my moms caregivers were not able to push it hard enough to fully connect the monitor to the power source/charger.
