Finally went to use it and it has a leak.. would like a refund

Design is great but our grandson (3 years old) has just used the bed for the first time and both the mattress and the bed leak air and deflate. We tested again but inflating both parts overnight (but did not used the bed) and both parts had significantly deflated - the mattress worse that the bed. We are not happy and will be writing to you about this.

Overall durability - great even stood up to my toddler constantly jumping on it when I asked her not to... It is easy to inflate IF you put the full stopper in the hole and then open the top part which makes it a one way airflow thing. If you leave the hole wide open to inflate then you’ll be SUPER angry when it deflates every time before you can get the stopper in. But once you make sure you’re using the right one which allows air in but doesn’t let it escape the second you take the pump away... then it’s much easier! There are two pieces to the bed that you inflate separately and they provide a hand pump - which isn’t awful, but makes a little squeaky sound each time you pump. Overall it worked for our situation and my daughter slept fine on it. I even slept alright curled up on it with her the one night she had some issues. It wasn’t great for me, but doable. To recap, we’d buy it again and will continue to use it as needed.

This product was super easy to assemble, my toddler loved it and called it “my big girl bed at Gma’s!” It also comfortably allowed me to lay with her while we read bed time books. Great purchase all around.

Same size as a standard crib, so theres plenty of room for sleeping and we can use a standard crib sheet. The mattress and outer border are both plenty firm when inflated, and do a pretty decent job keeping the kid in bed (they managed to roll out a couple times the first few uses, but quickly seemed to figure it out). Unfortunately, as other reviewers have experienced, it arrived damaged and wouldnt hold air. The included patch kit slowed things down a bit, but it would still only last a few hours. Returned for a refund, but buying another because as long as we kept it inflated it was awesome.

Purchased this for our vacation, weeks in advance. I should have tested it. The safety wall wouldnt hold air, which was the only reason why we purchased this toddler mattress instead of those without the safety wall and to make matters worst the pump stopped working after the second night because of the constant use trying to inflate the wall through out the night. Loved the idea, too bad its such poor quality.

Ok so I bought this because I was going on vacation and I didn’t want my kids falling off the hotel beds in the middle of the night. Now what’s cool about this, they provide their own pump, and it not being electric meant babies are not freaking out at 10 pm because of the noise. It’s two pieces, so if baby pees you only have to wipe off the top one (my babies didn’t pee overnight luckily!) and the bumpers on the outside means it’s harder for babies to roll away at night. I don’t know how comfortable it is because I didn’t sleep on it overnight, but my babies sleep comfortably. Highly recommended from this travel mama.

The mattress is exactly as described and perfect to have on hand for visiting grandchildren. The hand pump would not work at all. Thankfully, we had an electric one on hand and it inflated in seconds!

Needed a bed for sleepovers and this is a great option. It packs up nicely in the carry back and very easy to assemble. The bed is warm and cozy and doesnt make that terrible plastic sound when kids are moving on it as its completely covered in velvet.
