We loved the visibility they provided for our luggage, but we found that the frame around the ID inserts bent and the inserts came partially out. In addition, on our first trip, one of the cables broke and we lost the tag. We were very disappointed, as we loved the concept.

> 24 hourThese tags are great! After looking at approximately fifteen other kinds of tags, I chose these. Our luggage was sent from JFK airport in NY to Atlanta, GA. Even with the sea of hundreds of luggage, our tag was prominently visible. We were extremely impressed as to how easy it was to find our luggage. I also had a tag on our carry on luggage. The tag comes with a very sturdy and secure cable like attachment that screws on very easily. Identification information is secured between the two layers of the tag, so it isnt visible, but accessible if needed.
