I have not use it yet but it looks better than I expected. I can clearly see which side is the positive and the negative and its well made.

I had been using CCA wire in my home theater for the last 6 years. I only updated the wire because I was putting in a new receiver and read some articles. I honestly expected to install the wire and be unimpressed with the money and time I had just wasted... I was really wrong!! Not only is this wire extremely easy to work with (strips easily and is super flexible), it brought a whole new sound to our movie room. The old CCA wire was 14 gauge and appeared to do well while I used it, but with this 10 gauge OFC it is like I got new speakers. The Klipsch Reference IIs have never sounded so good. I am genuinely pleased with this purchase and InstallGear has a new customer for life after this!

There is enough evidence-based content on the internet to demonstrate the folly of spending excessive amounts on $ on speaker cable...save your cash for source equipment, amps and speakers...connect with this and you will be very satisfied...cable is colored to differentiate +ve and -ve with a very pliable jacket. I found this speaker wire more than adequate. Purchased the 12ga. Figured 12ga was good sizing since I built the speakers and know inside the cabinet 14ga was used between the crossovers and the drivers. Noticed when I stripped it with Made in USA Klein tool, I had to use the 10AWG position without cutting any copper strands. Not telling you it was 10ga, just forwarding my experience with it. It is fairly hefty and lays well with ample insulation. Had no issues connecting and securing the wire to banana plugs or speaker solid copper terminals connecting binding posts to support single-channel input to the speaker. Each speaker supports two channels. No complaints and wouldnt hesitate to re-purchase again.

used for my high end speaker/audio system, great quality wire, I like to smokey color to the plastic so it doesnt stand out too much. very happy!
