Greater than one weekDon’t forget to use both 8 pin power connectors to the Mb. Make sure your PSU has (2) 8 pin 12 volt power just for the CPU, 6 cores and above need it.

13-04-2025Have a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1 motherboard that came with an i5-10400 and could only use one of the M.2 slots on the motherboard. Upgrading to the i5-11400 allowed for both M.2 slots to be used because were NEVER going back to SATA SSDs!

It works great for its intended purposes and I would highly recommend this processor. Since its not used for the aforementioned other tasks, I cant rate it based on those uses.
