> 24 hourMany people can argue AMD this or AMD that, or Intel i9, but if youre wanting something to start off at the high-end level, I would highly recommend this CPU. Granted, you should get a good CPU cooler or a decent liquid cooler that will keep the CPU cold. Other than that, this offers great performance despite the cost.

> 24 hourCame in perfect condition, snapped right into place, and worked on first boot. Havent had the need to push it to its limit so far, but even with a whole bunch of stuff running, it gives me absolutely no trouble, so Im sure itll be fine for a long while.

> 24 hourVery fast at a good price point. Upgraded from i7 series 9. Twice as fast as the previous CPU, when using my astronomy image processing software.

> 24 hourBelieve it or not, but under that huge cooler is the Intel Core i7-12700K processor. While I intend to later upgrade to discrete graphics, initially I am using the GPU that is internal to the processor. It was satisfying when I threw the switch the first time and everything just worked. The GPU was powerful enough to run some virtual world software that I use at a good frame rate. I believe I made the right choice in this processor.

> 24 hourOverall, I believe at the time of this review that the 12700K chip is the best value for the power you can get. My typical price point is about $350-400 and with 12 cores, it is an awesome upgrade from my 3rd Gen Ivy bridge processor. It was simple to install and worked perfectly with no issues.
