This thing is an absolute beast and I haven’t even attempted to overclock it yet. Runs at specified clock out of the box. No issues with temps so far - currently using an NZXT AIO water cooler. If you’re going for a straight up gaming experience with maximum fps and don’t plan on streaming a ton or doing any video editing/3D rendering then this is your chip. If you ARE planning on streaming a LOT or are doing any of the above in addition to gaming I would highly recommend considering the new Ryzen 3000 series (3700x or 3800x) for more multi purpose rigs.

Replaced a 2600K with this beast - everything flies on screen!!! Save the cash from the 9900 unless you can truly justify the money for the small performance difference.

Sono pienamente soddisfatto di questo processore che uso nel sistema che mi sono fatto per lo studio di registrazione ,con cubase latenze bassissime verificate anche con vari programmi di test..... molto più stabile del vecchio I7 3770k ,lo tengo in daily @5 ghz senza il minimo problema ,consigliato a chi non vuole spendere uno sproposito in processori multicore

In overclock a 5ghz con 1,37v di corrente senza nessun problema, proverò a spingerlo di più ma per ora va benissimo
