If you have large thighs and calves its uncomfortable. The strap irritates the back of the knee. I actually cut the tip of an old sock and slipped the strap thru it and then put the brace on so the sock provided padding from the strap. That seemed to help with comfort. The strap does help but for me I cannot wear all day.

I had a kneecap injury mainly due to my weight. The usual knee brace was extremely uncomfortable because I carry a lot of weight in my thighs. This did more to support my knee than the brace and was much more comfortable. Because of its size I didnt think it would help, but I was short on options. Ill admit when Im wrong. This works surprisingly well. You may want to put a cloth between the back strap and your skin. I did have some skin irritation there.

Avoided laparoscopy and a partial knee replacement.

These knee strap stabilizers are helpful by placing some pressure especially on the knee cap area of the knee. The strap has elasticity to it. The actual pad is soft, is not harsh on the painful knee. there is a newer version of this one which has a little firmer pad.

These stay put, dont slide down the leg. Comfortable.

I have been trying to get back into a regular workout routine since dislocating my knee but would have some pain after. With these as support I have not experienced these discomforts. Additionally I think they have helped me to maintain my stance and enhanced my stamina.

I had another brand before til the Velcro wore out. Got this one as a replacement and it’s actually made better. The Velcro strap is covered with a soft neoprene and doesn’t cut into my leg like that other brand. I’d give it 5 stars if they had a smaller size.

I like these for when I just need knee support for both knees or even one above and one below my knee. They are lightweight, secure, large enough to go around even a large knee and lower thigh area. They were worth the money and I would purchase again.

I can’t explain why these work but they do. As I get older my knees feel more achy with any activity. But when I put these on, I can do more without getting that achy feeling. They are lightweight, discreet and very comfortable. You can make them as tight or as loose as you want. It’s hard to believe these little straps work but they do.

Helps out a lot during my workouts.
