This is the first scoop I have experienced that feels good in my hand and does a good job. It is light weight , sturdy and just the right size and shape. The rounded corners are a plus and it is easy to clean. ~Only receiving 4 stars because my first one’s handle broke off the scoop after 3 years. Three years of solid service is good however and so I ordered another…delighted when it arrived today!

See “add a headline” Thanks for inventing it. If cleaning litter trays is a headline, this doe s what it promised. No fishing the tray out of a litter box.

This is an excellent litter box scoop. It really makes cleaning the litter boxes much easier than Ive experienced with other scoops. I highly recommend this one.

I’ve had cats for years. I’ve always used the cheap plastic scoopers until the other morning when I had one break on me. While looking to order a replacement, I came across this fine piece of craftsmanship. When it arrived and I pulled it out of the plastic, I had to take a moment to admire it. Talk about the Calphalon of litter scoopers! It appears to have a nice durable finish, a rubber padded grip that feels great in your hand, and it even comes with a holder! I love tools and so I can really appreciate the quality of this one. And after using this, I can honestly say that if I ever have the option, I will never use a cheapie plastic scooper again. If you’re here because all you’ve used are plastic ones, and want an upgrade, then do yourself a favor and get one already!

Our cat likes a deep litter box, so the scoops are full and heavy. My sister purchased an all plastic litter scoop here for a couple of dollars less and within two months of use the handle snapped off. This all aluminum scoop is far better, much stronger, and it works great.

I have two cats. Using a bigger scoop is really great. The scoop is rock solid. My only complaint is the hanger fell of the wall.

The handle was satisfactory length and I liked the scoop which seemed to get corners easily. I don’t think finish is any better than my stainless steel one and being black it doesn’t look as clean. My biggest complaint is that the ribs that go down extend to very end which makes it almost impossible to get clean. My previous one the center pieces stoped about 1/2” before end and were attached so end was flat and litter didn’t stick like this one. Probably bad description but if you look at similar ones it probably easier to see.

Seriously didnt know you could have strong feelings about a litter scooper but this one is the best! It picks up everything! Would get this for anyone with cats and need to clean litter boxes. This scooper really minimizes the effort you need to put in to get a super clean box.

I guess this is a good review for a plastic scoop. I bought 2 scoops for separate litter boxes. One broke, suddenly and without warning while scooping, where the handle attaches to the scoop, after 1 year 11 months. Personally, I wanted it to last longer for the cost, but it did last longer than I anticipated with heavy use. The 2nd scoop has not broken as of this review, but is used in a lesser used litter box. The scoop is easy to hold, scoop and even scrape inside the litter box - until it isnt.
