Tastes great and is fantastic overall, but mixes poorly with milk. Unless youre using it with a blender, Id get a different brand if youre gonna use it with milk.

I love ISOpure and its the only protein I’ve had for months now. However, I recently bought the “Strawberry and Cream” flavor… this has Red 3 in it, a known cancer causing agent. Just a heads up. Bummer because I truly trusted their quality branding and usually they dont use gross sweeteners, but filled the gap with a known disgusting food coloring. At least for that flavor.

This is my favorite protein shake flavor but for the life of me I don’t understand why the hell the scoop is always buried in container! -_-

First, I love that theres no sugar or carbs. Thats two things I dont have to consider when Im stumbling around the kitchen, making my coffee and my smoothie. Second, I love using fresh juice ( perishable refrigerated organic juices at the store) with ice, oat milk, & maybe a little frozen banana, and a scoop of this powder. So simple. When I use orange juice in that recipe, its almost like Im drinking an Orange Julius ... yummm! The vanilla flavor is very good alone but also doesnt overpower other ingredients. No weird aftertaste. It blends completely, in hot or cold liquid, in my bullet blender, Vitamix, and shaker bottle. Ive tried dozens of brands over the years and keep coming back to this brand. It is truly the best.

I got the cookies and cream and it is amazing. Zero sugar and Zero cards. Some people I know mix their protein powder in water, I use milk but I tried it with ice cold water and it was still good. You can mix it just by shaking it in a jar for a few seconds.

Love this product. Its amazing flavor no after taste. Loaded with protein and vitamins. I highly recommend this product. It is better than a lot of the high dollar shakes. Its reasonably priced compared to others especially for whats in it. Shipping was on time and packaging was in excellent condition. Update: Started using for first time beginning of June. I have lost 10 lbs since replacing a meal a day and no exercise except my daily routines and chores.having severe nueropathy in my feet and my lower back and hip joints full of arthritis it makes it very difficult to exercise like I want to. This is a very clean shake mix and it even taste clean.i tried so many different shake mixes and also being diabetic this shake mix has helped to keep my sugars regulated since its a meal replacement for me. I add some fruit and bananas. My favorite is 2 frozen bananas and cup of frozen papaya. For some reason this combination keeps me regulated and helps remove Xtra fluid from my body. Dont mean to get to personal but I cant express enough how much this shake mix has made a difference for me. You really dont need to go spend a lot of money on big name brands this one will work great. My hair has even gotten stronger Im guessing its from the large amount of protien. Women are suppose to have at least 60 grams of protein a day. I also love to add greens like spinach in my shakes sometimes for the iron and other nutrients. On another keynote; I have found out GNC puts the 3lb shake mixes at reduced rate of half off when the shelf life is like 2 to 3 months before expiring I got 2-3 lb tubs for $25 each you cannot beat that.But the price here on Amazon is very reasonable also you dont even have to do 2scoops you can split and do 2shakes a day 1scoop each and still get the whole 50grams of protien and replace 2 meals a day and eat 1 well balanced meal. I SUGGEST ADDING A CUP OF NATURAL LOW SUGAR FRUIT LIKE PAPAYA AND BANANAS ALONG WITH SOME KAYLE OR SPINACH. THERE IS NO AFTER TASTE NOR SUGARY TASTE. My shakes I make taste better then Smoothie King. This is a real review by a real customer . I wrote this review because I believe in this product. I use the Creamy Vanilla because its versitile and you can add to it. Dont spend $100s of dollars for something when this is the best keep secret in shake mixes. It has pleanty of vitamins and minerals. You cannot go wrong. I have not tried other flavors because I like vanilla for adding fruits and veggies. I know this shake mix doesnt have a diet after taste or taste to SUGARY.
