I havent had ANY problem with print quality or setup. My only complaint is that sometimes it prints the wrong direction. It seems to dislike printing from a browser, specifically. Otherwise, Im very happy with it.

Bought this to create shipping labels for my small business and I get great quality and functionality for a reasonable price.

The printer does the job well without much hassle. This printer would be the best value for windows or android users as the Bluetooth option works for these two systems, but not apple. One must keep it on as turning it off then turning it back on will advance the label spool by one label. This essentially wastes one label each time the printer’s power is cycled.

I received my printer today, I had trouble setting it up. I did everything the manual it came with said and what I could find on the internet. The customer service number does not work and you will not get an answer back. Im highly disappointed in the product. I tried setting up through my android and the only thing is the blank labels. I cant get this piece of junk to work at all. Im returning this for a better product. Seriously, spend the extra money and get a well known printer.

It is very fast and easy to install. The only issue I had was with the sizing coming out correct. This was not an issue with the printer itself, but changing the settings within ebay. I have not has any issues and glad I purchased it

A GREAT INVESTMENT. I’ve been running an Etsy store for the past 6 months and although I loved getting orders, it was always a hassle to print shipping labels bc I had to tape them by hand. I finally caved and bought this hoping to make life easier and IT HAS BEEN AMAZING. It seriously has saved so much time and it is soooo satisfying to use. The print quality is about an 8/10 which is perfectly adequate for me. Everything is legible and clean. I would definitely recommend!!!

The driver-USB has a tight fit and was very difficult to push in and pull out of the USB port. I did not have any issues with the USB cable that connects the printer directly to my laptop. The instruction manual has low print quality—the words and examples are small and difficult to read there weren’t any instructions in the book or on their website for mobile wireless connection the QR code was useless. To print using Bluetooth you have to use an app
