Great sound with bass battery life is good if your like me I pump it up everyday all day 1 full day and 1/2 of battery life till you need charging which is fine with me. Sounds really good JBL like always good job.

This speaker has great sound and carries a long way. The case it comes with is worthless. The strap broke the first day, then the metal clasps l, then the string. All the seams are now popping and the handle is starting to fall off now. Buyer beware. Best busy the speaker separate.

Good sound and very portable. I can take it just about anywhere with me.

Sound is loud and clear , battery life lasts a long time and it charged my phone twice and still played music for 8hrs . It’s easy to bring with you anywhere

El sonido en varias ocasiones no es constante, como si perdiera la señal del Bluetooth, la calidad del sonido es buena pues para el tamaño de el parlante, pero esperaba que fuera mucho mejor por ser JBL, la verdad hay en el mercado otras alternativas más económicas con más prestaciones y mejor calidad de sonido con menor costo. La batería en promedio está sobre las 12 horas de duración Lo regreso por que no me gusta la intermitencia del sonido, es desesperante que no sea constante.

This a great speaker. It’s worth every penny!

It has a soft rubber bottom on it so it will resonate a deep bass depending on where you set it. Strangely enough, our toaster oven brings out tones that just aren’t there when it sits directly on the counter. For example jazz bass and symphony sound great in the kitchen. Experiment for yourself.

I upgraded from a jbl flip 2 tho the charge 4 and I am happy I did. The charge 4 has great sound quality and a really good batter life. And the fact it can connect to other charge 4s is amazing. Definitely a good buy.

Don’t let people convince you that stereo makes any difference in a product of this size. Stereo only makes a difference when your left and right ears hear slightly different sounds to create a more realistic listening experience in your brain. When two tiny speakers are right next to each other five feet away from your head playing in stereo both of your ears hear the same sound anyways, diminishing any stereo effect to about zero. I suppose a small speaker with right and left speakers facing sideways could, by virtue of the left and right channel sounds bouncing off of the environment, create a somewhat stereo image. But then you’d need to have the bass module in the middle and when playing outside with nothing from the left/right channels to bounce from you’d have an ill-defined, bass-heavy mess. JBL made a good choice here by going with a better quality racetrack speaker as opposed to two smaller “stereo” speakers and two bass modules on the ends. If you’re obsessed with stereo buy one of these and then buy a cheap used second one in a few years. With two Charge 4s and the JBL app you can put the two speakers several feet apart and play your music to them as left and right stereo pairs. With the speakers some distance apart you WILL hear a stereo effect. Pretty bitchin. Two things I’d like improved for the next version; You can charge your phone from the USB-A output but not the USB-C output. Both would be nice. A common feature on Bluetooth products is that if you double-click the play button you can advance to the next song and a triple-click goes back one song. On the Charge 4 the double-click feature works but there’s no way to go back and restart a song or go to the previous song without doing it from your phone or using Siri. Other than that I think the build quality is excellent and sound quality is about as good as you will get in a device of this size and price. It’s heavy and durable and the material quality make it feel like what it costs.
