Very disappointed that it only last 3-4 hours at 80% volume. Advertised to last for 12 hours. I bought it for work and I work 10+ hours a day so when JBL said it last for 12 hours it was perfect. Now I have to carry a power bank charger with me to make it last through my work day.

Nothing in description about this. You cannot connect anything through the USB C plug as you normally can with other USB C devices. This is a big miss by JBL. This is a top notch speaker, but JBL took away to key features without calling them out. Thankfully I was able to return and purchased a Flip 4 instead.

Great sound for its size 2 of my friends bought them after hearing them battery last for ever went to Michigan UP last year with it for 2 weeks lasted a week and a half with out recharging.

I’ve had this item for a little over a month now and use it while in the spa. I sit it up on the edge or the steps. I make sure it’s dry before hooking up the cable to charge it. Unfortunately, when I went to turn it on today from using it yesterday, I see that charging it caused it to burn and luckily my husband caught it in time before anything serious happened like a fire. The speaker is not working/completely dead now due to the damage and now I’m not sure what to do. I’m hoping I can return it and get a replacement or a refund. It’s supposed to be waterproof and while it’s charging it’s in a shaded area so I’m not sure how this could have happened. Be careful! When it was working I really enjoyed the sound output though.

We like its portability. We use it poolside.

When I first tried to use it had no audio with my phone but it worked with iPad so I am still testing it out but the sound quality is good

It doesnt last nearly as long as the description says it does. And when the battery does die I try to use the charging pack to run it at the same time and it will not stay on that way
