> 3 dayWorked fine, then several months ago the app closes. Just says developer needs to update. Galaxy S20, latest Android update. Galaxy S6 Lite, latest Android update and no longer compatible with device... Just wonderful...

> 3 dayI was hoping to enjoy these smart wifi outlets. But to receiving them and reading the instructions, they didnt and dont connect to my wifi because I have a 5G connection. They only work with 2.5.

> 3 dayThis plug is utter trash. The set up is extremely confusing, all of the instructions are in broken English, and it won’t pair. Do not buy this.

> 3 daySo far so good. The synchronization and the setup were easy. Everything seems to work out of the box. Alexa recognized the device I added. Also, the USB charger rate is at 2.0a so it’s faster compared to other .5 amp.make sure you connect through 2.4ghz network

Greater than one weekThe product works but the Alexa integration took some work. And it will intermittently disconnect from the app. This generally doesnt prevent it from working, but it feels buggy. Also the material is quite cheap. But hey, it works... so you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayI just received these smart plugs and it took minutes to get set up. It was so simple just taking my phone and using the camera it took me right where I needed. I love that there are four and I will get lots of use out of these. I got the HomeLinking app set up without any issues.

> 3 dayCheap. Cheap cheap cheap. The price is luring, but stay away. Only 2 of the 4 sockets ever connected to Wi-Fi, and even with those it was a weak connection, was slow to respond off of an Alexa, and didn’t work remotely. The cherry on top was that the two working smart socket’s stopped connecting to Wi-Fi after I moved the outlet they were in. All of the sockets flash like they’re functioning, but no combination of plugging/unplugging/Turning the Wi-Fi on and off worked to reset the device or to connect the Wi-Fi. There’s also no website for the parent company readily available, even through this listing, and I’m almost positive that they use a 3rd party app to connect. You’re better off spending the money to get a nicer one, or at least one made by a well know company.
