Very happy with the product and the customer service. I must have ordered the wrong Oculus model bag and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and resolving it for me. The quality of the product is very very good. No need to spend almost twice as much to get the same functionality this case provides. Bonus is, the Silicone VR Face Mask, Lens Dustproof Cover are included in this package. You just cant beat the value.

Case is great and quest 2 fits well. Giving one star because it smells horrible as other reviewers have noted and the smell has also transfered to my headset. Ive been letting it air out and have doused the case with febreeze a couple times which has helped but the smell is still present. Will let it air out for a couple more days and try some more febreeze but Im considering returning. Id recommend looking elsewhere unless the manufacturer can stop making such a horrible smelling product. Edit: after using febreeze on it and letting it air out for a few weeks the smell is mostly gone. Still slightly present but not near as bad upon first opening the case.

This is a good case for transporting VR. It is protective and holds everything perfectly.

Oculus Quest2

Works with the quest 2 (no elite strap) with plenty of room for accessories. Controllers fit snugly with the strap and feels much more sturdy than the OG quest 1 official case

I liked that it was a very durable case. yet the description of said item is incorrect. it says it can hold controllers and elite strap. It can NOT hold the elite strap. the case does not even close if you have the elite strap on your device. It can not even hold the controllers if you have the elite strap on. this case is designed for an unmodified device, so no accessories of any kind. The case needs to be about 6 inches bigger to be able to hold all the things it is asking for.

I use this for my VR headset and it works perfectly! It fits and looks great!

The controller area on this case is form fitted to the controllers without room for third-party grips or halo guards. The case is very secure with some additional room for cables, battery bricks and other accessories. I definitely recommend!
