I have been looking for this exact thing but to find it with a handle is even better. I bought 2 packs so I have them for at home and the cottage. I am very pleased with this item it fits great, has caught everything I throw at it and with the handle cleans like a dream. I have it in the sink 24/7 excluding dish washing time. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this again.

Well made, sturdy, fine holes, much superior to mesh. My only complaint is that these strainers dont fit my sink perfectly, so debris can skip through under the edge.

Whats good about this strainer? EVERYTHING. The rim has a perfectly smooth edge, so theres no possibility for someone to cut themselves on it, like you can with some strainers Ive seen. In fact, the sharp edge of some strainers are capable of cutting a finger to the bone. Also, some stainless-steel strainers feature punched-out drain holes that are rough and sharp, making them difficult to handle and clean. By comparison, the holes in this strainer are smooth, while also being small enough to trap food particles extremely well. And the built-in lifting ring makes removal from the sink a breeze compared to strainers that lack this feature. I know I sound almost too impressed with this simple kitchen sink implement. Well, actually I am, seeing Im an engineer that sometimes becomes quite taken with designs that demonstrate intelligent, careful thinking with an eye on convenience, safety, and especially performance.

I love how it fits on my sink perfectly. It holds the discarded food perfectly. I love how it has the little handle to pull it out. The only thing is that the small food particles do stick to the little holes and I need a brush to clean it 100 %.

I got this to catch small food bits so they dont go down my RVs sink drain. It works better than the sink strainer that came with the RV. I used the second one in my homes sink that doesnt have a garbage disposal for the same purpose. It works well and glad I got it.

So easy to clean, with a septic system do not want all the extra food to go down the drain. These are ideal.
