Jump Start 2nd Grade

I purchased the Jump Start 2nd Grade for my nephew but I wanted to make sure that it worked. Trial run results (negatives): hard to navigate, hard to follow instructions, some instructions not given, some games have no educational point to them, and the graphics could be better suited for a 2nd grader. (Positives) Entertaining for children, fun songs, cheap price. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Hes already super duper smart but he will definitly not have a problem with second grade if he continues to play this.

The Jump Start Advanced 1st Grade is great and I have seen the Jump Start 2ne Grade being used. Now I am waiting to give the Jump Start 2nd Grade Knowledge Adventure to my granddaughter for her birthday.

This game has a good variety of games and activities, but it can be TOO easy at times, especailly if your child is advanced. I played this game Kindergarten - 4th or 5th grade, although it was easy after 2nd grade, it was still fun, because I was a dork.

it played the first day ,and it wont play again

My daugther in now in 2nd grade. I bought this for her to use the summer before school started. It just did not keep her interested. She would play with it a very short time. How ironic that I tried to get her to play a computer game during the summer!! I just gave up and let her enjoy the summer. She is doing great in school and busy. I will give it away. I do not think it is a bad program, it just did not work for us.

I bought this on the hopes of helping ESL students but the speaking is not for non-native speakers.

I purchased this product as a gift. I have used this product in the past with my older child. This product is excellent if your child is having problems or you just want to give your child a head start on their education. Going to purchase for my young child.

Not much to do in this game, very bland, and loud music. Can I have my money back? ha ha

My mom got this for my sister and I when we were little. We lived it. Now we have children of our own and both decided wed like to share these games with our kids. 20 years later, its still fun!
