This is the authentic, nice playground swing you hope it is -- not a cheap imitation. I used a little imagination and hung them between trees. Nice addition to my woods playground

The chain is easy on the hands and the seat hugs the butt.

I like the fact that the most of the swing is chain not like the swings that came with it because the rope that came half way down rotted by the sun and broke easily this seems much more durable and i like that the chain part is covered by vinyl so it doesnt pinch the childs hands when they are pumping

This swing is just to replace the matching green baby swing. Several years ago I refurbished the old wooden swingset my kids had so my four grandkids could play on it too. I bought two regular swings, one baby swing, one trapeze, and one slide, all matching the green one I just bought. These are very sturdy and they are al lholding up well. However, my youngest grandson has now outgrown the baby swing, hence this purchase.

Our 2.5 year old was ready to graduate to a “big kid swing”, so I did a lot of research in finding a swing that would last. Ordered this one based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The swing comes ready to hang, so there’s really no assembly required. The hardest part is picking a swing height. The swing is incredibly sturdy. Once hung up my husband immediately sat and started swinging and there was no fear of it breaking. We will definitely be buying another one of these when our 10m old is ready to graduate to a big swing.
