> 24 hourA mistake was made in that I ordered 2-83047, 3/8 Diameter rod and I was sent 1- 83047 rod and 1- 9810 rod, which is an 8mm alum tube. Thus, I could not give a higher rating. Please keep in mind that mistakes like this happen and I do understand. The part isnt worth sending back or raising a fuss about, and I am sure that it is worth the $2.00 I paid for it, so I will keep it and order more aluminum stock later. I just wanted to give a heads up in case there may be a lot of stuff like this happening with the company.

> 24 hourThen some of you might notice that the bar for the lids hinge (shown in the attached picture) can slowly migrate then fall out. I bought one of these cases for a co-worker and they were too busy to notice and push the bar back into place. Of course, they tasked me to fix it. This bar does the trick. 1/8 fits just fine though you will have to cut it to size and make sure to file down the rough edge.

> 24 hourI needed to make a new handle for something and this worked perfect. Soft enough to bend, yet sturdy enough to hold up to every day use.

> 24 hourThis rod is sold as 1/4 in diameter, it actually measure .256 which is 6/1000 over 1/4 inch. I wanted to use a section of this rod to reduce the shaft size of a 1/4 in knob. The rod will not fit into the 1/4 inch knob. I can fix this by turning the rod in my lathe.
