This is the second tablet stand that I order and it is much better suited to the size of the iPad Pro 12.9. The grips in the front keep the tablet from pivoting backwards and falling. The articulations are very stiff but that is ok because I dont plan on adjusting them a lot. The parts are a mix of plastic and metal but if all feels strong enough for my needs. The plaque supporting the back of the tablet actually goes past the halfway height of the tablet which reassures me that it is well supported. I even am able to place it in the stand with my case and it fits snugly.

Did not fit the iPad Pro my son has. Product is unexpectedly small and difficult to move. Will probably return it.

Nice stand but I have to take kindle out of case I have it in in order to put on stand.

Buy it. Just buy it. I use it with my iPad, my wireless keyboard for my standing desk, my 16 inch laptop, its strong enough to even support a medium-small monitor (just be carful with the balance). Its sleek and strong.

Awesome stand. Very strong & sturdy base. 1st day with it. You can apply a good amount of pressure and it won’t budge when drawing. Which is a must for digital art.

I got this to hold a 16” portable USB monitor (ASUS MB168B) and it works great! It’s very sturdy and doesn’t move at all, but it’s VERY stiff. There’s also no way to adjust the stiffness, so I’m not sure if it will eventually loosen up and not stay where it needs to be. Overall, I’m VERY happy with the quality of this stand.
