I use these scissors for applique work. I like the sharpness and cutting point. But theyre advertised as preventing fraying, but in my experience, they actually encourage fraying.

Ive never bought Karen Kay Buckley scissors before, but now I can agree why theyre called perfect scissors. I do fabric collages and had struggled with the ends of the small pieces constantly fraying. With these scissors, I get a clean, crisp cut which is exactly what I want. Theyre comfortable in my hand and lightweight as well as being very sharp. I keep the heavy plastic point protectors on because these scissors are really sharp. Excellent quality.

Extra extra sharp! The only thing I don’t like about the scissors is the dark black blades, harder to see the fabric.
