The chinchillers are good, and they work as intended. However, one of mine came broken, and Amazon would not let me exchange or return it. These work very well and are very easy to clean, but Id look for them in a petstore first to avoid the chance of receiving a broken one.

BEST thing ever for a chinchilla for when they get a little warm. My chin rolls around on it and will sleep on it when it starts to get warm in the apartment.

My chinchilla LOVES this thing! I wake up in the morning to find him stretched all the way out on it!

These are great! Tip: you can also ask flooring stores and maybe hardware stores for sample cuts of marble and granite usually for free! Theyre the same thing, just a bit smaller but usually much thicker, and most importantly free :) !

Perfect for pet rat. He likes to go straight to it to cool down after running around. Great for hot days.
