I couldnt use this prodcut because the item came damaged. Two corners were broken off making the edges way to sharp to put in the cage. Just buy it at a pet store and save yourself the trouble of getting a broken chiller.

Its pretty much just a piece of granite... but it does stay cooler than the room and also helps keep the bedding weighted down. Anything to protect the chins is well worth the money.

Cold and heavy.

Bought this for my dwarf hamster and he loves this. More often than not, I can find him napping or just lying spread out on this slab. Works perfectly!

Nice to use for my hamsters food and water dish. I put them on this and it’s a nice resting area for her. And to cool off

when this arrived it was broken in half. My chinchilla doesnt care for it i have not seen him sit on it or anything.
