Works great--tons of flux--no need to dip a tip with Kester. This stuff is like watching butterscotch pudding on the black top in Arizona during August. Flux me--no Flux you. Works great. Tons of smoke to enjoy and reasons to light more incents.

Kesters reputation is already good. It was the first time I used this product to solder a DIY tube amp kit (Elekit TU 8200 R with DAC), so there was a lot a of precision board soldering. The gauge is thin which makes precision soldering easy. Its stiff enough to hold its shape out past 12. Flow was amazing on the board and in wires. Very good product. Glad I have a spool in my tool box for any other work necessary now that the amp is finished up.

I bought this rosin core solder after much research. Im glad I did because it works like a charm. Enough solder to probably last me a lifetime!

I really like Kester 44 solder. Have it in several different sizes and use it for general soldering as well as electronics work. Has always performed well.

This solder smokes more than any other solder I have ever used in over 20 years, even for its size. Works well otherwise, wish I had bought a little thicker but that is my fault.
