I recently bought a PS5 Console (Disc Version). The consoles available space is quickly absorbed by a few games downloaded to its native drive. An internal SSD is absolutely needed to expand its storage capacity. I read several reviews and decided to buy Kingston 4TB SSD as it is the best and largest in the marketplace. Installation is super easy! After installing and restarting, the new console hits the ground running. Now I can enjoy games with no worry at all about the capacity. If you have no issue with budget, then Kingston 4TB is a no-brainer.

Fit perfectly on my ps5. I added a few game to the card and played them as normal. Work great

Great memory fast and fast

I ran ATTO on my old Patriot Viper ssd and the new one,as you can see. Not quite the speed that suckered me into purchasing this. The old ssd gave me more consistant numbers. What was most shocking was how dissappointing the IO was. This Furry ssd is supposed to be a million ops read and 900k write. How companies as old as this keep praticing poor business realy gets me, sad really. Lie to customers just to get there money.

Not sure why console makers do not offer an extended storage version right off the bat, because some of us would pay! This product has been working flawlessly and is easy to install once you get the cover off the PS5. Saves me a lot on external hard drive costs. Buy the bigger one! It’ll be worth it.

A noticeable performance jump from BarraCuda 120 SSD 250GB (for my OS) and BarraCuda 2TB HDD (for my Steam games.) Faster boot (last BIOS time: 10.9s) and faster loading time for gaming (tested games: Horizon Zero Dawn, Fallout 4, PUBG, AC Odyssey.)

Outstanding performance at a great price, this drive runs very cool compared to others.
