I, like many others did not realize that if you have a Farmhouse sink that you will not be able to utilize the flange provided by InSinkErator and their name brand extended flange is outrageously priced for an inch more of cheap thin metal. This will save you money, work just as good and look just as nice. I opened the package and had it installed in 5 minutes. Dont be a chump and pay 2 or 3xs the amount of money.

You need this for your 1inch fireclay sink if you attach an insinkorator..(food disposal) Makes it painless to install and looks great.. without it you could damage sink or your hands.. LOL

We needed this because the one that the garbage disposal came with was too short. At my local stores, and even on here, there are similar products that are double the price. Weve had this installed for about 3 months now and it works great. Im glad I didnt pay double the price for the name brand.

This was a lifesaver for installing an Insinkerator disposal in a thick limestone sink. Regular flange was just a bit short. The amazing thing was the Prime Shipping. Ordered it at noon & had it for the installation the next day! Amazing!
