Does not fit a big block Chevy, which is what I originally bought it for. I ended up putting it on my lawnmower. It seems to work alright. Not impressed with the quality.

My Tahoe has a hard to reach oil filter this makes it a lot easier to get on and off.

Value for money..

Use this particular brand in many different vehicles. Its never failed, and has always caught a great amount of detriment in the oil. The biggest reason I purchase this from Amazon is the price. Locally, they used to go for $13.99, now theyre $21 or $22 at all the stores for THIS particular filter (HP-1017). Amazon had it for $12 on Prime! Excellent value.

Works as expected never had any issues. What sets this filter apart from others is the 1 inch hex fitting on the bottom of it that allows for the use of a common 1 inch socket and ratchet or a 1 inch wrench will do also. Makes it was easier then trying to remove without this feature.

The K&R oil filter and Mobil 1 0-20 synthetic is all I will use in my Alpha Romeo. I have been using Mobile synthetic for decades in all my vehicles.

High quality filter...K&N is the best hands down. If you want to prolong the life of your engine, buy K&N oil filters. I have never been disappointed. I also use Dimple motor oil magnets for the filter and a Dimple oil drain plug. A winning combination! I use these products on all of my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I had a nightmare of a time getting the old filter off. Used like 7 tools to finally get it, horrible inaccessible location. This should come off easy. Superb filtering, excellent for fully synthetic that I use.

Big difference in oil color & clarity after changes since I started using the K&N. Regardless of what the trucks oil % reader says, I change every 5000 miles using Penz Ultra 5W-20.
