Knowledge Adventure Jump Start 4th Grade

Good product but does not have the haunted island game my son was hoping for.

This game has quite alot of info and different games on it. It is interesting to play and is helpful in getting my 9 year old granddaughter to study. Some of the information is very advanced for the stated grade level...Opps I didnt know the info on it and Ive had 2 years of college. I would guess you would have to help your child to figure out how to approach solving the various problems presented, but that is what teaching is all about. This game tries to be a bit of everything, in that it has math, reading, history, science, etc. For less than a lot of books its fun.

Ok, my 9 year old son loves this game. It was very easy to load up and free of glitches, thank God. The material they cover is comprehensive and challenging. My son is very ahead in school and he is still learning interesting facts. The social studies material is particularly challenging. The math and spelling journeys have good review exercise. The software has exceeded my expectations and my kid looks forward to playing several times a week. I will likely get the 1st grade Jumpstart my 4 year old.

These games are the perfect summer entertainment for kids. It is fun and educational. They dont even realize they are learning.

Great game to learn off and its really exciting game that my kids didt want to stop playing it .

would give less if it was possible! this person copies disc and has it printed up to look like an original. got my disc and it is empty.

We have been using the JS games for several years. I like the basic version (not the Advanced) for all of them. The games are age and grade appropriate, and there is an area (Tutor Times) where players/students can read about the subjects being tested, which is particularly useful for geography, art, and history.

This game is about the right level for most 4th graders. I do happen to ask my parents for hints sometimes. The only problem is that the geography game is hard. Most other games I enjoy. If you have a 4th grader, I reccommend you buy this for him/her.
