Perfect for my 5 year old! My daughter has a larger than average head so to find a bike helmet that she likes and fits her is harder than you would think! This works great and she loves it!!

Updated Review - July 2021 The ears no longer light up. It’s disappointing because they were super fun at night. I wish I could figure out how to change the batteries without ruining the helmet in the learning process. I still get a ton of compliments when I’m wearing this helmet. Leaving at 5 stars because it’s still super cool even though it doesn’t light up anymore. Original Review - April 2020 This helmet is cute!! My 5yo daughter really likes it - especially since the ears light up and can blink! However, I bought this for myself and it doesn’t have an adjuster. This helmet fits me perfectly - adult small head. Butt it doesn’t fit my 5yo daughter - as expected. My daughter is excited about the possibility to use it when she’s older. When my helmet arrived the ears were lit up. I haven’t had an issue with the battery dying but I don’t see where to replace it. This helmet fits a grown adult. Not safe for an 8 year old as stated.

Super cute and fits well!

It’s an awesome helmet, but it fits like a men’s large. It’s so huge. I’m not exaggerating when I say men’s large.
