These are a great product. Had to return they were to small for my 8 year old, I got the small.

my niece has had these skates for a few years now and she still loves them. shes grown a few inches and the adjustable feature saved me some money =) she uses them mostly for the rink so the wheels werent very worn, but i decided to upgrade them anyway and try a different set up. instead of the original flat configuration, we went with rockers - 70mm wheels in the front and back, and 72mm for the middles. i also upgraded the abec-7 bearings to swiss. it was like a whole new skate and she absolutely loves the effortless glide and maneuverability. (the wheels are by Luminous LED; the bearings are Atomic Bionic) the original configuration and bearings were fine as a beginner to help keep her steady. now that shes a novice/intermediate skater, the rocker set up and effortless bearings showed her a whole new world of possibilities =D the boots, liners and frames were still in great shape. I expect shell continue to enjoy these skates for a couple more years before she gets to big for them.
