I used this for making a variety of holsters with a toaster from Goodwill and a MacGyverd press. The holsters have all come out looking clean and working great, which tells you this stuff is easy to work with.

Works as described, but you should practice before making a final product, but works good.

This is exactly the thickness advertised. Cut to the correct size. There are discounts to buying more, you’ll use it if you are set up to mold and cut Kydex so buy the bulk. If you’re learning to mold Kydex, buy 3x as many as you think you’ll need. Trial and error is your friend

Used it to make custom clips for my Jon Boat, worked perfect. Easy to work with using a heat gun.

The product perform as advertised, it was used to mold keel protection for my fishing kayak. If i was to redo it i would use a slightly thinner sheet to make it easier to fold around keel shape. Great product.

Easy to make a sheath with this, but make sure that you get associated rivets, eyelets, or bolts to hold the kydex together. Lots of good YT videos showing how to do it.

Got a new exhaust stem for my car which reduced the number of outlets from 2 down to 1. My rear bumper had an empty cutout I needed to remedy. Aftermarket covers cost about $100 so I decided to see what I could make on my own, Traced the base opening shape and transferred to one of the sheets which I cut with a hacksaw and then filed to near perfect shape. Used heat fun to bend over some tabs and screws to the underside of my bumper skin. Used black silicone to fill in the smaller gaps and better adhere my new exhaust delete plate. Turned out quite well. Love this product!
