Another great product from EPN. Like almost all of their other supplements, this powder dissolves easily into anything and does not have a taste or a texture, which is great! I dont use the full scoop because I think 5,000 mg of glutamine is a little too much, most other supplement have 500-1,000 mg per serving, so I only use a partial scoop, which will extend the servings to 500, making this a great deal! As Ive only been using it for a short time, I havent noticed a huge change in muscle recovery or anything else, but Ill be back in a month to update on that!

This product mixes well in water and protein shakes. No flavor to interfere with the protein flavor. Too soon to tell results with my wkouts.
