I needed a clean 10 diameter hole through plywood, saw this product, and decided to give it a try. This is a heavy duty piece of gear. Two things to be careful of: 1. make sure that you use a heavy duty drill with this. and 2. be very careful! This saw is heavy and generates a LOT of inertia as soon as you start the drill. Make sure that you have a tight and pulled in grip on your drill when you start it. I used my RIDGID r841151 drill which had plenty of power, but I nearly sprained my wrist when I fired it up. No kidding - be careful with this hole saw. It will do the job, but it is a heavy solid piece of gear!

Far from high end quality, but I wasnt expecting much for $10 either. I bought it for a single project and it worked fantastic!

This hole saw barely drilled 1hole out of 8. Good thing my buddy had a set that drilled the remaining holes with no trouble. Very disappointed!

Used it to cut a few holes in some USG ceiling tile. Worked great. Note that if you have 5 lights the 5 tool will cut a hole that you will need to sand a bit to make more space. very easy to do but you may want to consider the 5 1/8 inch tool but it seems like 2x as expensive. For the price this was a great deal considering a 5 hole saw at the big box stores is like $40

Worked great. Smooth clean cuts through a wood ceiling. Cut 4 holes for atmos height speakers in home theater. It is a perfect 8 inches. Same exact size as the 8 hole template the speakers came with. Only negative is it did not come with mounting instructions. You tube helped as I wanted to make sure it was on correctly before using so I was confident knowing I was safe. I wanted to focus on the cut not worrying it would fly off. The saw has a threaded center and you thread on the center part that has the drill bit on it. Then there is a ring on the center part that you tighten and that pushes two small rods into position on the corresponding holes in the saw. This holds it in place. Its an intimidatingly saw. Make sure to use a drill that has a handle grip on it. This thing can injury your wrist. Just use care and be aware. Glad I picked this saw.

It may be huge but it cuts smooth. I cut through two walls with ease. This was a weekend project and ended in success due to this great hole saw.

I was concern that this low priced tool would not be high enough quality to make this cut for me. I needed to make this 6.875 hole at a very difficult angle in my boat. The hole saw performed very well, I was very happy with it.
