I love the sleek look of this bag! It’s perfect for taking my laptop to and from work. It can hold a lot without looking super bulky. My belongings look organized. I use the umbrella section to store my pencil case because the actual pen loops are made for slim pens like the cheap Papermate stick pens. My purse did arrive dented during transit as the actual purse was packaged well. I like that it comes with a dust bag and shoulder handles. Because it’s got a stiffer body, I love the look but the dent / crease will be there. My only gripe (besides the dent - see photo) is that it’s already heavy without anything in it. I guess that comes with “being durable”. I love all the extra details though (retractable key ring for my work badge, all the pockets, zippers, etc.) and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. Do not overstuff the bag as it’ll deform the shape. I decided to keep mine with the dent because I can live with it.

I use this for work. It easily carries my laptop, my I-pad, all my chargers> In addition, my backup batteries, cords, notebooks and still has room for more!
