I bought this exact fan in 2018, it runs 24/7 at least 8 months a year (I live in the Deep South) and it still runs perfect. I paid a little under $38 for it then. I purchased another one recently to have one in the living area to help with the power bill this summer. I was moving it between the LR and bedroom before. Price has gone up about $30, but this is a really great fan. My old one is 5 years old and still runs like it’s new so I think it’s worth the price. I do keep the fan clear of the dust build up that occurs which is important if you want any fan to last.

Ok...just received my new fan today, just in time before it started to warm up. As customers said, its light weight, puts out a pretty good air flow, even on the lowest setting and quiet for the most part, EXCEPT I KEPT HEARING THIS WHIRLY TICKING SOUND! At first couldnt hear it until I turned off my other fan, which I also purchased a couple years ago from Amazon, a Maxx Air which is quite noisy (even on low), and oh, did I mention that its my second Maxx Air? First one had a rattling noise...a bolt was loose & stripped so back it went, but got another one & is working just fine even if the knob kept flying off, but not worth sending it back just for that, so I fixed it. Yayy! Anywhos needed another fan to help keep the ac air flow moving in the family room, knew I didnt want a Maxx Air, but something quieter. Read reviews on this one, some bad, but mostly really awesome reviews from happy customers, & the price was good, now this one is going back, will try another one, hopefully the second time is a charm. I think its unfortunate that this fan you can not open & take apart, or else Im pretty sure it was just something minor that may have needed tightening. Will provide an update on the second fan. :-)

This is the second fan like this I have bought. The first one lasted 8 years being on at least 8 hours every night. Hope to get at least that with this one as well. Fan blows very well, noise is on the high side, but not deafning, and both the wife and I like it as a constant background noise. If you want something quiet, this is not it, but again, not loud enough to keep us awake at all. My only real gripes about this fan are 1- it does not point down very far. The table we have it on is a little high and would like it to point down a touch more, but it works 2- speed switch location is in the middle of the back of the fan. Wish it was on top, but not a huge dealbreaker.

I love this fan!! It is very sturdy and strong. The floor fans in the stores are flimsy now but this one stays in place no matter which way you angle it.

I wasn’t expecting the fan to be very huge, but it has a very nice air flow, lots of air. It’s so much better than my old ones, it beats it! Arrived had some scratches but worth it! A great fan to have around the house.

I bought this to replace the same model and make fan that I had for many years. I run it all night long. Not only for white noise but temperature control. If you tilt it you can change the temperature in your room

This is a fairly quiet fan, light weight and easy to move around. I have had high-velocity fans before that will blow more air than this one but they were loud. This one is all plastic and with a nice big handle. It is powerful enough for me. It can blow a paper plate off a table from 15 feet away at medium speed. I rarely turn it on the highest speed. At that speed, you can feel the air from two rooms over. I use it to move the air from the air conditioned dining room to the next room over. It is simple to operate and simple in its design. The fan speed knob is large and round and easy to turn and its located exactly where it should be, right in the back in the center of the fan. The fan at its highest speed stays in-place, meaning it does not vibrate and walk across the floor. Ive been running it all day long for several weeks without a problem. It does a good job and Im glad I bought it.

I have 3 of them. Works great. Easy to take apart for cleaning the blades.

Lasko, fans are dependable and move a great amount of air.
