I broke the base of our previous 10 year old fan and needed a replacement. After looking through the reviews I decided to stick with a brand I knew and upon initial use I’m quite happy with it! It has a timer function that I am used to- on the fan, you push the clock button and it will light up different totals of time, up to 7 hours. It rotates nicely, and the fan has 3 speeds. The remote works and hooks into a space on the back. The fan is actually “louder” than I thought- I say this because It’s more like a good quality white noise than motor noise, if that makes sense. With my old fan I could still hear my neighbor’s dog barking at night but even at the lowest setting, I heard no outside noises. The power of this fan surprised me. On the lowest setting the air felt like our home’s a/c vent was right next to me, even though it was nearly across the room. For me, this fan checks all the boxes, and I’m very happy with it!

I loved the fact that it has a remote. The fan isnt to loud.

This is the best fan I found so far. I tried alot to see how strong they blow, tall ones short ones and I still keep coming back to this model. Remote works well with it. Havent use the sleep mode yet. I wish it was taller though, some of the beds they have now are high so you have to put it on top of something to feel the air. It seems quiet to me not loud. I have 3 of them would definitely buy more if I had to.

Worth every penny. This is literally the best fan money can buy. We have 5 of these to supplement our AC in our brutal SoCal summers. Last year we started with 2, and this year we bought 3 more because of how amazing they really work. They aren’t ridiculously loud even on the highest level, and they produce cold air! They are expensive, but beat out the cheap fans by a million. Invest in this fan and you won’t regret it!!!

I would not have survived this hot June had it not been for this wonderful fan. No, it wont replace air conditioning, but when youre waiting weeks for parts on order, it can sure take the edge off the worst of the heat and humidity. Im now using it to circulate air throughout my home and it does a wonderful job. Lasko to the rescue once again. Never fails me.

This fan is so amazing we bought 2 (we live in Texas). For those that are complaining about the vent being at the top and not the bottom, the vents can be swiveled up or down to control where the are goes. For those that are complaining the fannis to loud, it is loud while on high but most people are looking for a fan that is kind of loud for the white noise. I will be buying more for outside. I highly recommend and I am very picky about fans. Remote is great too.

I just received this fan today. I was excited, since I know that Lasko makes really good high velocity fans. According to the page comparing this one to the Lasko 4924, this one puts out quite a bit more cfm of air on high speed. I was thinking this one must really be strong if its stronger than the 4924. I put them both side by side and ran one at a time, both aiming towards my wife. I could tell the new one wasnt as strong just by the sound. She agreed. She said the 4924 blows like a hurricane, the new not so much. Ill still keep it because its the newest model and it looks good, Ill use it somewhere. Just not in my bedroom. I have to be cool when I sleep. One other thing, the remote, as mentioned in other reviews, has to be aimed at an exact spot to work. I wanted to post this review for people like myself that want the strongest fan they can get as far as a tower fan. Sadly, this one is not it. The older model still rules.

Absolutely love this fan! It’s powerful and can cool you down quickly, even at speed 1. The oscillation is helpful with spreading the airflow in a room, and the remote makes it easy and fast to control from afar. Noise is like any other fan, definitely not quiet, but not too loud either. I’d say it’s just right. I sleep with it on at night and it’s not disruptive at all. I just wish that the front vent for the air flow was bigger. The vent is only at the top portion of the fan, I wish the whole front was a vent instead, hopefully for their next model? I also wish that you could control the vertical air flow direction with the remote, these are all just turning into wishes for a future model. Lol. Other than that, it’s a great investment if you’re looking for a powerful, quick cooling fan. I highly recommend it!

This isn’t one of them robot dink tower fans you get for like 25$ this thing is pretty powerful it cools down my garage pretty good

An excellent value. It is everything I was hoping for. High velocity and low noise!
