The Whitehouse legos was a gift for a friend & his wife. They love spending their winter days doing puzzles. Thought Id up the ante.

Grandson said this was the best present.

This Lego set was a gift and was loved and together in 2 days with all the pieces.

Pros: Stunning reproduction of the most iconic and polarizing structure in American history. Especially for LEGO! White House facts and pictures in the instructions are nice. Cons: Tiniest LEGO bricks I have ever assembled. Lots of flats and potentially lost miniature pieces. This is a display piece ONLY - assemble it, set it down, walk away. The slightest movement could spell disaster; dont ask me how I know. I grew up playing with LEGO. This set was a challenge for me not because of the set complexity or confusing instructions, but rather because its three decades later and my hands and fingers and eyes and brain are all older, bigger/weaker/foggier, and far less dextrous and nimble as they once were. Assembly time = ~6 hours If you really want an exercise in patience and frustration, get the light kit sold separately! That added an entire day to the build time! Overall I am thrilled with the final assembly and display. It was a real trip back in time to the bygone days of hour after hour spent elbows deep in hundreds of LEGO bricks and years of my childhood imagination. The fragility of the finished piece means Ill be hesitant to even dust this set.

What a great product this is other then a couple small pieces missing. Very challenging and fun to build. I do recommend this product for sure!!

Bought the White House LEGOS for my 12 year old nephew for Christmas and he loved it. He said it took him 3 hours to put together.
