LEGO Brickheadz Reindeer, Elf and Elfie 40353 Building Toy (281 Pieces)

It is really frustrating to open up what looks like is a new box and discover that while you have some of the reindeer lego pieces and the mailbox you dont have the manual and there are no stickers to attach to the mailbox even if you figure out from the outside of the box what it should look like. There isnt a way to leave seller feedback as this was sold by Amazon so Im not sure whats going on here. Was this a faulty box manufactured from LEGO, or a returned box that was sold as new with missing pieces?

Bought it for a Christmas present, came open and damaged. How embarrassing, dont even have time to get another one in time.

This review isn’t about the products itself but how it came packaged. It appears to have been opened before as the box is taped closed unlike other Lego boxes. The worst thing is that it was shipped to us with what appeared to be some sort of cleaner all over the edge of the box. We had to scrap it off but it left the box looking very used. It also had a very strong chemical or fragrant smell.

Love this one with quite a few details, the mailbox with mails inside, and the sign with direction to Legoland and the North Pole. Its quite nice as a seasonal product and my 9 years old daughter just love it.

I love lego

We have been buying Christmas themed Brickheads lego sets for past 3 yrs now. We already have the Santa Clause and Mrs Claus ones and these were the latest addition this year. Kids loved putting these together on the Christmas eve as early presents. Were starting to have a little North Pole Christmas town over the last few years. Lego, pls keep making these and new versions every year!
