Its a little pricey but worth it when the kids love it! My little brother who is 8, assembled this in an hour, and thats including him taking breaks. I got it for him for Christmas.

This was a gift for my 8 year old grandson. He loved it. Legos are expensive.

This set made Christmas for my grandchildren. They love to assemble these sets on Christmas day, in the past at our house. With the Pandemic, we were glad to send them directly to their homes.

Once complete it can be a bit fragile.

The assembly was great for a 6 year old, not too hard but a good endurance workout over a rainy afternoon. Good for interactive play, not just model building, as the pods detach and become obstacles for daddy to step on as he heads off to work at o’dark-thirty.

LIKE: The modular aspect of the detachable submarine. DISLIKE: nothing

7 year old loved it. The Lego app makes it a breeze to assemble.
