LEGO Creator 3in1 Townhouse Toy Store 31105, Cool Buildable Toy for Kids Building Kit (554 Pieces)

Some of the Lego 3-in-1 sets can be a bit unbalanced. One build might be terrific, the others not so much. That said, I was just really happy with this one. The Toy Shop is outstanding. I love its small displays. I love the printed tiles featuring lego sets for sale. I think that the train above the entrance is awesome. And the chefs kiss has got to be the coin-op rocket that actually moves. Some really genius engineering. But the fun doesnt stop with the A build. The B and C builds are a bakery and a flower shop, and they are terrific, too. Some really good reuse of parts. Its not gigantic, but this set is a lot of fun, and when you compare the parts for the money... theres just a lot to like. I did build all three, and eventually tore it apart one last time, so I could have the Toy Shop back, cause I love that rocket. This one is a fun kit for kids and adults, alike. And, best of all, it wont break the bank.

Was an easy build until coming to the roof part. Took over 3 weeks to finish the roof since instructions were not clear. It was a cute build.

Hit or miss value for legos sets, but this was a fun set to put together and add to our collection. The nice thing about The Creator sets is you have several options to build. I separated my building into two separate ones.

I got these to occupy my Nieces time while they have no school. There are nice big books that come with the set that show you step by step instructions for each build option. My 7yr old niece had no issues building the set herself. I will warn assisting parents. They designed the buildings to pop apart. So if you lift the 3story build option by the top floor only well there are only 6 pegs holding it all in place.... so carry from the bottom! There are single block flat pieces ... so there is a lost part/choking hazard for small kids... so monitor young kids activities appropriately... cause heimlich maneuvers on kids isnt easy or fun for anyone!

all three builds were fun and simple, yet so enjoyable. good for all ages!

Extremely reasonable price considering similar sets and their costs. All three designs are pretty cool (especially the toy shop). Creator sets are the best! Only thing I can say others have not already covered - My 4.5 year old was able to put it together mostly without help. Deffo helped him disassemble them as its not that fun when you are sick. Complexity-wise, its similar to other 5+ sets hes done, there are just a lot more parts (and its larger). If your tot is driven and has some patience, I think this is definitely do-able at 4-5+ years old.
