bought this for our son - a product of the original that he loved, putting it together for his birthday gift looks just like the one he had as a kid

There was missing pieces, not worth buying

nice articulation great posability and great nonstalgia

Although this set is a bit on the pricey side, I know it will enjoyed and played with for a long time. Optimus Prime is huge and after hes put together, he will transform from truck to robot!!

A treasured gift and fun to do.

My son got this weeks ago and is still building it, usually he completes builds in one day and this one is taking him a long time which I’m thankful for so he keeps busy when he is bored

Transforming Optimus Prime from robot to truck takes a little work however very well thought out by LEGO and my son loves it.

its legos and optimus prime, once u get it together be careful transforming, kinda fell apart on my wife and now she’s worried bout having to backtrack to get it together cuse pieces went everywhere lol

This was fun to build. Because of the many hinges, swivels, etc. it is delicate to build ad tends to pop apart when transformed. After it was completed, I glued the areas that kept popping apart. By gluing the bricks that hold the hinges, it can be transformed more easily without popping apart.

Love this set but it falls apart.
