The Christmas Tree lighting up is a neat idea, execution is a bit wonky though. There are two books for instructions which I didn’t expect so was confused at first. The instructions have a few little extra details on the set. Like Explaining why they have hidden presents. It’s a very hefty process to build it all, but the whole time I kept saying to myself how cool each finished section was or how clever they were. I especially love the kitchen. The cabinets just look so nice. But the whole thing looks amazing. The only thing is the struggle on which side to display! Both are so awesome. The “snow” along the windows and piled up in the roof look so nice, especially on the chimney. It’s such a great set and pairs well with the Santa Sleigh set.

This is a wonderful Christmas item for any Lego enthusiast. It has nearly 1,500 pieces so its not a 30 minutes project. But, the assembly instructions are impeccably laid out and easy to follow. And all the little details, from cookies put out for Santa to the unfinished letter to Santa on the little girls desk to the chimney which allows Santa to slide right into the living room, make this a lot of fun to assemble. I was hesitant to purchase this given its not cheap. But in the end, I was happy I went for it.

Great directions. Love the detail and fact that rooms of house are easily accessible from the outside. Thrilled with this item!

My 9 year old granddaughter is all about building and Lego blocks. She did much of the constructing herself, following each page’s directions, but needed grown-up help with a few things. It was a wonderful set to put together during the Christmas break. We will be ordering more sets to add to our village.

The delivery was on time. Not a problem with the box. It came intact all the packets unopened. Unfortunately I havent been able to finish putting it together, there are a lot of pieces missing from this one, usually I use my extras and come up with ideas if possible. This set I wasnt able to do that. I will reach out and see if I can request the missing pieces. I love it so far though. Its beautiful. A tad disappointed but I will finish some day when I have the rest of the pieces. Would I buy again. I probably would but I will feel skeptical and hope for the best. I love legos so I wont give up. This is why I gave 4 stars. Other wise it would have been 5 stars

As always lego nails it. Fun family holiday build. Should be easy to semi disassemble and store in-between the years. Lots of neat little details.

For the price this is a great set! Incredible details!

The set is amazing but definitely expensive. The box was extremely damaged which stinks because I paid $100 for it and want to do it every year with my kiddos.
